Step #5 Meal Plan and Hand Measuring:
-Hand Measuring: Measure your portions using your hand.  A portion of fat is the size of your thumb, a portion of protein is the size of your palm, a portion of carbohydrates is the size of your fist, and a portion of vegetables is the size of your fist.
-Eat From The Food List: For breakfast choose one serving protein, one serving carbohydrate, and one serving vegetable. For Lunch choose one serving protein, one serving carbohydrate, and one serving vegetable.  For dinner choose one serving protein, one serving fat, and one serving vegetable. For Snacks have a half portion of protein.  
-Don't Stuff, Don't Starve: Don't overeat, or eat when you are not hungry.  Don't starve yourself.
